🗓 Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 4 working days from the date of delivery.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Perishable goods, including chocolates and food items.
- Customized gift boxes or personalized items.
- Discounted or promotional items.
💳 Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may choose:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A Lévora voucher for future purchases.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after item inspection.
🚚 Return Shipping
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lévora will bear the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon delivery. This excludes all perishable and food-related items.
