At Lévora, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products and thoughtful gifting experiences. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist—within our clearly defined policies.

🗓 Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Perishable goods, including chocolates and food items.
  • Customized gift boxes or personalized items.
  • Discounted or promotional items.

💳 Refund Options

If your return is approved, you may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • A Lévora voucher for future purchases.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after item inspection.

🚚 Return Shipping

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lévora will bear the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon delivery. This excludes all perishable and food-related items.
