At Lévora, we take great care in preparing and delivering every gift. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
  • Gift items, personalized products, and edible items (including chocolates) are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (partial or full)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Delivery Issues

  • Lévora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may incur additional delivery charges.

Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
  • Same-day or customized orders are strictly non-cancellable.
